Forecast Trend Report by Period

Publicly traded investment companies led by well-known investors including Warren Buffett, Cathie Wood and Michael Saylor have trailed the S&P 500 so far this year, Cointelegraph reported on September 31.
Listed investment vehicles run or led by David Einhorn, Wood, Buffett, Bill Ackman, Carl Icahn and Saylor have all posted year-to-date returns below the benchmark index.
The investors employ a range of strategies, including value and growth stocks, activist investing and Bitcoin.
Despite those differing approaches, all have underperformed the broad US stock gauge this year.
The report did not provide specific year-to-date returns for each investment company or quantify the gap versus the S&P 500.
