XRP Seoul 2026 Unveils Second Speaker Lineup With Evernorth, South Korean Finance Executives

XRPL Korea, the organizer of XRP Seoul 2026, unveiled the event’s second speaker lineup on Sept. 7.

The newly announced speakers include representatives from global digital-asset companies such as Doppler Finance, t54 Labs, Flare, Variational, Evernorth and Squid.

Rox Park, head of institutional business at Doppler Finance, will speak on liquidity in centralized exchanges and decentralized derivatives markets. Chandler Pang, founder of t54 Labs, will take the stage to discuss “agentic payments,” in which AI agents carry out trades and payments on behalf of users.

Flare co-founder Hugo Philion will also join the lineup. Flare is a layer-1 blockchain that supports the use of digital assets with limited smart-contract functionality, including XRP and Bitcoin, in decentralized finance.

Ashish Birla, founder and chief executive officer of Evernorth and an early Ripple member, will take part in a panel discussion on the adoption of asset tokenization in traditional finance. Evernorth is pursuing a Nasdaq listing through a SPAC merger as it targets a $1 billion XRP treasury.

The second group of speakers also includes several executives from South Korea’s financial industry: Han Seung-hoon, deputy general manager at Woori Bank; Lee Han-gil, team manager at KakaoBank; Choi Jae-hyuk, head of K Bank’s digital-asset task force; and Shin Hee-jin, director at Kyobo Securities. They will share perspectives from South Korea’s banking and securities industries on stablecoins and digital-asset adoption.
