Strategy, the world's largest corporate holder of Bitcoin, repurchased an additional $139 million of its STRC preferred stock and made no Bitcoin purchases last week.
Strategy said on Sept. 14 that it bought back $139 million of STRC, extending its efforts to manage its capital structure.
The company did not buy any additional Bitcoin last week. As of Sept. 13, its Bitcoin holdings remained unchanged at 845,050 tokens.
Strategy also said it currently holds $6.4 billion in dollar-denominated assets.
The company put its "USD Duration" at about 3.9 years. That means its existing dollar assets can cover financial obligations such as dividends and interest payments for roughly 3.9 years without relying on Bitcoin prices or new fundraising.
It also said STRC's "BTC Credit" is 57 basis points, assuming a Bitcoin price of $77,266, an annual recurring return, or ARR, of 10%, and volatility of 40%. Strategy described the metric as its internal credit measure for the additional return STRC investors receive by investing in STRC rather than holding Bitcoin directly.
