West Midlands Police said on October 2 that the men forced their way into a house in Smith's Wood, Birmingham, at about 5:20 p.m. on December 13 last year.
The intruders seriously injured the husband and threatened his pregnant wife with a bladed weapon, forcing them to transfer a substantial amount of crypto assets.
