More Than 70% of Tokenized Stock Trading on BNB Chain Occurs Outside Regular US Market Hours
Forecast Trend Report by Period

Tokenized stock trading is increasingly taking place outside regular US market hours. On BNB Chain, more than 70% of total trading volume occurred outside the regular session, while the share exceeded 50% on both Solana and Base.
Cointelegraph reported on October 16, citing The Kobeissi Letter and Blockworks data, that 63% of tokenized stock trading on Solana took place outside regular hours, while the figure for Base was about 60%. Regular US trading hours run from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern time.
The market is also expanding. According to RWA.xyz, an on-chain real-world asset data platform, the total value of tokenized stocks rose 15% over the past 30 days to about $3.3 billion. Decentralized exchange Jupiter also said trading volume in tokenized assets increased 50% from the previous month.
Moves to permit such trading within the regulated financial system are also continuing. The US Securities and Exchange Commission recently allowed platforms that meet certain requirements to offer tokenized trading in US-listed stocks on public blockchains through its innovation exemption provision.
Still, limits remain on investor access depending on the service. Existing tokenized stock platforms such as xStocks and Ondo Global Markets are still not available to US investors.
