Ethereum staking climbed to a record 43.8 million ETH, equal to 35.9% of the cryptocurrency’s total supply.
A report released by crypto asset manager Bitwise on Oct. 20 showed Ethereum staking had reached an all-time high of 43.8 million ETH.
Staking yields, however, declined. The number of validators on the Ethereum network also fell.
The Bitwise report showed that while the amount of Ethereum deposited for staking increased, yields and validator numbers declined.
